Consultation (20 Minutes) FREE: An opportunity for us to connect and explore any problems, concerns, and questions you may have. 

This private day service is best suited for those with mild to moderate cognitive impairment, those in search of care companionship, socializing, and someone to lend a helping hand.

 Standards to be met by clients:

• Client can manage urinary incontinence
• Client can manage bowel incontinence
• Client is mobile (walker, cane, wheelchair)
• Client can manage behavior in 1:1 settings
• no severe dietary restrictions 

• 1:1
• Follow up with your healthcare provider
• Monitor vital signs
• Basic wound care 
• Medication administration (assistance)
• General errands (assistance)
• Cognitive social activities ( Client based: Mindful walking, gardening, memory games, read books, building games, drawing, word games, puzzles, counting numbers and more...)

Private concierge nurse rate, Basic package starts at $50/hour plus HST with a  (2) hour minimum. Rates are calculated by 15-minute intervals after the first hour. Platinum package starts at $60/hour plus HST with a (2) hour minimum.

Required payment: full amount in advance of the hours/ month in use.
