Consultation (15 Minutes) FREE: An opportunity for us to connect and explore any problems, concerns, and questions you may have. 

This private day service is best suited for those with mild to moderate cognitive impairment, those in search of care, companionship, socializing, and someone to lend a helping hand.

 Care requirements for the client: 

• Client can manage urinary incontinence ( assistance may be provided)
• Client can manage bowel incontinence  ( assistance may be provided)
• Client is mobile (walker, cane, wheelchair) using an assistive device to mobilize
• Client can manage behavior in 1:1 settings ( to the best of their ability)
• no severe dietary restrictions 

• 1:1 One-on-One support, interaction
• Respite Care
• A follow-up with your healthcare provider
• Monitor vital signs ( Blood Pressure, pulse, heart rate, temperature, oxygen saturation)
• Head toe assessment
• Basic wound care 
• Medication administration (assistance)
• General errands (assistance, client-based)
• Cognitive social activities ( Client based: Mindful walking, gardening, memory games, reading books, drawing, word games, puzzles, counting numbers and more...)

• 1:1 One-on-One support, interaction

Private, concierge nurse rate, Basic package starts at $50/hour plus HST. Platinum package starts at $60/hour plus HST.
